Meita began her work with WAYTL in 2005, as Public Health Engineer. In 2008 she completed her MS Degree in Environmental Science in the Netherlands and rejoined WAYTL as the Co-Founder on the Yayasan Tirta Lestari Board. In addition to her HR and management duties on the Board, Meita also works as a teacher at Rumah Belajar Semi Palar, Bandung.
